CSR Commitment – Sustainability in Hospitality & Restaurant Industry

Together, for a more sustainable hospitality and restaurant industry

1 | Responsible Growth: Transparency and Controlled Development

  • Prioritize the acquisition of hotels near those already in the portfolio to strengthen our territorial network.
  • Meet annually during Atypio – Hotels conventions to exchange, align, and enrich our sustainable commitments together.
  • Commit to international certifications (Green Key, Environmental Label) to attest to our positive impact.
  • Provide ongoing training and appoint CSR ambassadors in our hotels to ensure consistency and local grounding of actions.

2 | Responsible Consumption: Made in France, Short Supply Chains

  • Support the local economy by collaborating with over 50 French companies, artisans, and producers.
  • Prioritize organic, AOP, AOC, and certified products in our restaurants to guarantee quality and traceability.
  • Develop our own agricultural production with Agripolis to foster more local food autonomy.
  • Integrate our own produce into our menus to strengthen the “Du Jardin à l’Assiette” approach.
  • Create connections between our clients and local partners (leisure, sports, gastronomy) for authentic experiences.

3 | Preserving Resources: Reducing Our Environmental Impact Daily

  • Renovate rather than build to limit the carbon footprint.
  • Optimize energy use: audits, monitoring consumption, eco-friendly training.
  • Reduce waste and standardize selective sorting.
  • Respect biodiversity by prioritizing eco-certified products and preserving green spaces.

4 | Ensuring the Well-being of Teams and Clients: A Human and Committed CSR Hotel

  • Equip our establishments responsibly to improve comfort and reduce waste.
  • Renovate rest areas and locker rooms for the teams.
  • Facilitate access to leisure and sports activities through the Employee Club.
  • Support the right to disconnect and work-life balance.
  • Implement a teleworking charter (Atypio), gender pay equality, and tailored career progression and training.
