Atypio is a French company specialized in hotel investment and management. We operate 41 hotels across France, under 10 different franchise brands, ranging from 2 to 4 stars, with a majority affiliated with Accor.

As a hotel operator, we manage the daily operations of each property while adhering to the standards of the selected franchise brands. We work closely with the franchisors on various aspects of hotel operations, including the use of shared tools, service excellence, brand-specific marketing responsibilities, and the implementation of each brand’s sustainability commitments.

We carefully review hotel acquisition opportunities that meet the following criteria:

• Capacity: A minimum average of 100 rooms per establishment.
• Location: Hotels situated in strategic areas, complementing our current portfolio of managed hotels.
• Renovation: We are open to acquiring properties with or without repositioning/renovation work.
• Franchise Operation: If the hotel operates under a franchise brand, we prefer brands that we already manage, ensuring sustainable growth and alignment with our strategy.
• Type of Acquisition: We favor acquisitions of both real estate and business, but we remain open to reviewing cases based on the asset’s potential.
