With a comprehensive expertise in hotel renovation, hotel acquisition, and hotel development, we support each property at every stage of its evolution: from opportunity identification to operational management, including asset revaluation and project management.

Jérôme Schibler – Co-founder in charge of Operations and Sales

Jérôme Schibler began his career in 1994 within the Alliance Hospitality group, holding key positions for brands such as Timhôtel and Holiday Inn.
Initially destined for a career in coaching high-level athletes, an injury led him to hospitality, where he discovered a true passion.
He continued his career in Operations Management roles at Pierre & Vacances, then at Deloitte – In Extenso, specializing in hotel consulting and brokerage.
With his experience covering hotel operations, real estate, and tourism, he co-founded Atypio.

Etienne Faguer – Co-founder in charge of Investments and Development

« We have developed expertise across the entire value creation chain, from hotel sourcing to operational management, including repositioning. Together with Jérôme, we share a long-term, complementary vision of hospitality. »

Graduate from l’École Hôtelière de Lausanne (AEHL 07), Etienne Faguer began his career with a subsidiary of the Blackstone fund, managing 50 hotels (Simply Hotels).
He developed the performance of the network before taking on the role of Marketing and Sales Director at Dynamiques Hotels Management (120 Balladins hotels).
In 2015, he managed the creation and management of his first hotel group before teaming up with Jérôme Schibler to co-found Atypio Hotels Resorts, which became Atypio Hotel Experience in 2024.
