Atypio Hotel Experience Convention 2025
Each year, the Atypio Hotel Experience Convention brings together the multidisciplinary teams from our hotels and headquarters across the network.
One clear goal: take the time to exchange, align, share information, answer questions, and move forward together in the same direction.
The Atypio Hotel Experience Convention is a real-life gathering, a chance to meet in person, better understand each other’s roles, challenges, and perspectives, and thus collaborate more effectively on a daily basis.
While we meet several times a year in smaller groups, the annual Atypio Hotel Experience Convention remains a key moment in our company’s life.
Despite everyone’s busy schedules, especially at the end of the year, this event continues to be an essential moment for connection, shared experiences, and concrete actions across our hotels and restaurants throughout France.
The 2025 edition marked a milestone: from over 100 participants in 2024, we proudly reached more than 200 team members gathered together this year.
But since organizing large-scale events is part of our DNA and in-house expertise, the Mercure Chantilly teams didn’t flinch — just a little “good stress” to make everything perfect.
They welcomed us with professionalism in the heart of the countryside, between two corporate events, in a recently renovated resort hotel with a dedicated convention space.
A gala dinner, dancing, DJ and live music — a festive atmosphere worthy of the occasion.
(And yes, we highly recommend its Atrium and adjoining rooms — a small advertising moment).
This Atypio Hotel Experience Convention 2025 was also the opportunity to celebrate several collective achievements:
- our selection among the six finalists of the Hospitality Awards (F&B Concept and Innovation category) with A l’Epicerie Restaurant Experience, our in-house brand;
- the launch of the Atypiic Event Experience digital platform, praised for its ease of use and its ability to bring everything within a click’s reach for our business, group, and agency clients;
and our latest large-scale renovations, to name just a few.
Across management, accommodation, revenue, F&B, CSR and sales departments, discussions were honest, constructive, and friendly.
And even if once again, the sales team took the podium, the hotel, accounting, and finance teams at headquarters were not far behind!
We hope everyone enjoyed these moments of pause and reconnection — filled with challenges, relaxation, listening, and emotion — between returns from maternity leave, birthdays, a first retirement, and the discovery of our team’s hidden talents: singers, performers, and creators of festive gourmet dishes.
Because at Atypio Hotel Experience, an engagement is never just a word.
Once again, we reaffirmed our collective commitment to act together — headquarters and hotels alike — alongside our Made in France partners who joined us from all over the country, to share in a convention focused on a digital, human, and responsible future.
