We are a hotel investment and management platform dedicated to sustainable hospitality, human-centered, and demanding in its standards.

Atypio was born from a desire to rethink hotel investment — making it more rooted in local communities, more responsible, and more agile.

Since 2018, we have established ourselves as both a hotel investment and management company, built on a sustainable model that combines agility, performance, innovation, and authenticity.

What sets us apart is both our integrated platform — covering the full value chain (investment, hotel operations, events, F&B, urban farming) — and our ability to co-create the hospitality of tomorrow with our franchising partners, teams, and guests.

2019-2020

The first 5 multi-brand hotels

Launch of our multi-brand hotel
management platform
Acquisition of Dolce Chantilly
(became Mercure Chantilly)
Integration of 4 additional hotels

2021-2022

Network expansion to 16 hotels and 6 restaurants

+9 new hotels, mostly through co-investment
Creation of our brand “A l’Epicerie”, opening of the first restaurants
Development of our sales team

2023-2024

Network expanded to 26 hotels, 17 A l’Epicerie restaurants, and 8 urban farms

+10 hotels under management, mostly through co-investment
Acquisition of Agripolis (urban farm operator) for a sustainable “from garden to plate” approach
Expansion of our sales team

2025

Network of 41 hotels, 22 A l’Epicerie restaurants, 8 urban farms

+15 additional hotels and residences under management, including 12 operated for Covivio Hotels
First hotel partnership under the Hilton brand

Through our brand « A l’Epicerie” Restaurant Experience, we promote an authentic and convivial local cuisine, developed in collaboration with our urban farms, producers, artisans, culinary friends from the Collège Culinaire de France, Michelin-starred ambassador chefs, executive chefs, and resident chefs.
Each of our restaurants with a boutique-style grocery reflects our passion for sharing, quality, and natural bistronomy.
